Welcome to Lumia Creators. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our custom Launcher, Minecraft event servers, website, and any other services provided by Lumia Creators.

By downloading our Launcher, purchasing an event, or participating in our servers, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Relationship with Mojang and Microsoft

Lumia Creators is NOT an official Minecraft product. We are not approved by, nor associated with, Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation.

• EULA Compliance: By using our services, you also agree to comply with the official Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).
• Premium Accounts: To use the Lumia Creators Launcher and access our events, you must own a legitimate, premium Minecraft account purchased through official Mojang/Microsoft channels.

2. Launcher Use and Accounts

Our custom Launcher is provided to facilitate access to our exclusive events and to securely download required assets (mods, texture packs, shaders).

• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Lumia Creators will never ask for your password. Logins are processed securely through official Microsoft authentication APIs.
• Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the Lumia Creators Launcher, nor use it to access unauthorized servers.

3. Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same.

• Lumia Creators Content: The custom code, exclusive mods, branding, event designs, and Launcher interface are the intellectual property of Lumia Creators. You may not distribute or monetize our assets without explicit permission.
• Third-Party Content: Certain mods and tools used in our modpacks belong to their respective creators within the Minecraft community and are used in compliance with their licenses.

4. Rules of Conduct and Fair Play

To maintain a competitive and healthy environment in our events, you must adhere to the following rules:

• No Cheating: The use of external clients, macros, x-ray, exploits, or any unauthorized modifications that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Behavior: Harassment, toxicity, discrimination, or doxxing towards other players or staff members will not be tolerated.
• Penalties: Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from our Launcher and servers, without the right to a refund.

5. Purchases and Refunds

If you or your organization purchase access to a custom event or any premium service from Lumia Creators:

• Digital Goods: Due to the digital nature of our services and server hosting costs, all sales are final.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the event has started or if you are banned for violating our Rules of Conduct, unless required by applicable consumer law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services, including the Launcher and event servers, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• No Warranties: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the services will be completely free of bugs or crashes.
• Damages: Lumia Creators shall not be held liable for any data loss, hardware issues, or other damages arising from the use of our Launcher or participation in our events.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page or notifying you via the Launcher. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
